Identify new growth markets, segments, and strategic opportunities. Gather feedback from clients to improve product-market fit and service quality. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8–12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, SaaS, aggregator platforms, or eCommerce. Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams. Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with experience using CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and results.
