Lead UI Developer - React

As the Lead UI Developer, youll spearhead the front-end team in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js, aligned with modern UI / UX design standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of React developers-providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding best practices.
• Architect and implement reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features, ensuring seamless API integrations.
• Participate in technical decision-making and front-end architecture, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and end to-end tests, and ensure high code quality and conventions are followed.
• Define and maintain front-end tooling and CI / CD pipelines using Webpack, Babel, npm / yarn, and version control systems like Git.
• Stay current with evolving industry trends in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem.
• Should have implemented one AI based application using LLM's.
