Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned React Native Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of a critical client project. You will lead a small team of two talented developers and be the primary technical point of contact, ensuring the delivery of a performant, maintainable, and visually flawless mobile application.

This is a high-impact role that requires not only deep technical expertise but also strong communication and leadership skills. You will be instrumental in restoring client confidence and demonstrating our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership : Lead the design and development of complex features, ensuring the codebase is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Team & Project Management : Guide a team of two developers (2-3 years of experience), providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and managing technical deliverables to meet client goals.
Quality Assurance : Uphold a high standard for code quality. Focus on performance optimization, quick debugging of intricate issues, and ensuring a pixel-perfect UI across all devices.
Client Communication : Serve as the main technical liaison for the client. Effectively manage expectations, provide clear updates, and translate client requirements into technical specifications for your team.
Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks, demonstrating a strong ability to handle pressure and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
Process Improvement : Drive the adoption of best practices, including efficient development workflows, testing methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

6+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying high-quality, maintainable applications with React Native.

Proven expertise in mobile app performance optimization, profiling, and debugging.

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to build pixel-perfect UIs from design mockups.

Experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role, with a track record of mentoring junior developers.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.

In-depth knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, modern React practices, state management using Redux, and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin / Java) development.

Experience working with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have (Bonus) :

Strong knowledge of mobile advertising and experience with integrating and managing Ads SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network).

Experience working with SVG-based charts to display game-play statistics.

Experience working with react-native-reanimated animations.
