Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trip Expert based in Pune. The Trip Expert will be responsible for planning and organizing personalized travel itineraries that cater to clients' preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending travel packages, managing bookings, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Trip Expert will also provide prompt assistance to clients during their trips and address their queries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and creating customized travel itineraries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand and address client needs effectively
• Experience in travel booking systems, vendor coordination, and customer service
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including cultural and logistical aspects
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
