Position : Sales Manager – Coatings Raw Materials

This is a Techno-Commercial role involving both technical application knowledge and business development responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with customers to understand their formulations and propose value-added solutions using our product range.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business development for our Additives, Special Binders & Pigments used in Coatings & Inks
• Identify new opportunities and develop key accounts across Pan India
• Understand customer formulations and recommend suitable grades from our product portfolio
• Collaborate with international principals / suppliers for technical discussions, & Business Development
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and deal closures for strategic accounts
• Work closely with the internal sales, logistics, and application teams for smooth order execution
• Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events
