Document management : Help clients gather and organize all necessary documentation, verifying its authenticity and ensuring completeness. Application assistance : Guide clients through filling out application forms and then prepare and submit the finalized applications accurately and on time. Communication and follow-up : Serve as the point of contact between the client and immigration authorities, respond to inquiries, and provide regular updates on the application status. Regulatory compliance : Stay current with changes in immigration laws and procedures to ensure all advice and applications are compliant. Record-keeping : Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, progress, and documentation.
