Responsibilities
Client and lead management : Generate leads, maintain a client database, and build and nurture client relationships.
Property marketing : Create marketing materials, coordinate property viewings and open houses, and list properties for sale.
Sales and negotiation : Advise clients on property transactions, present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Market analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities, provide accurate property valuations, and advise clients on market trends and local conditions.
Administrative tasks : Assist clients with paperwork, and ensure all legal and closing requirements are met accurately.
Professional development : Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
