What You&aposll Do At Pega
- Participate in design and development of features in Pega Customer Service for Healthcare product for Healthcare Industry
- Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality and support of features using scaled agile methodology
- Actively collaborate with Product management, dependent application teams to come up with high performant, backward compatible and optimal solutions for the features to be developed
- Actively participate in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions - providing continuous feedback and enhance our development, demo and delivery processes
- Take pride in building industry-best demos showcasing awesome capabilities of various Pega products in a way that highly resonates with our end customers
- Adopt best design / coding practices supporting backward compatibility, seamless cloud upgrades generating optimal performance.
- Actively contribute to Innovation by solving tough problems, automating mundane tasks and optimize efforts
Who You Are
Experience of Low Code Development OR willingness towards Low Code DevelopmentAbility to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutionsThorough understanding of applications' architecture you have previously worked onDemonstrates customer empathy, willing to adopt best practices ensuring delivered work exceeds stakeholders' ever-changing demandsAbility to think and code fast independently with little hand holding and mostly driven with self-initiationShould be able to take ownership of the deliverables from all aspects like design, quality etc.Partner with different application teams, stakeholders to get a buy in for our use cases and achieve outcomesStrong interest in learning and become proficient in new technologies along with Healthcare domainWhat You&aposve Accomplished
B.Tech / M.Tech Computer Science or Information Technology graduates with 3-5 years of software development experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business applicationsStrong technical foundation, with understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design, Data modellingStrong experience working on Java, HTML-CSS, Javascript, REST servicesKnowledge on REACT JS or equivalent will be an added advantageExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPassionate about exploring and applying Pega and emerging technologies to help solve business problems.Good to have exposure on Low-Code developmentPega Offers You
