Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors.
Desired Skills :
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong learning aptitude and ability to adapt to US recruitment processes.Basic understanding of IT skills / technologies (training will be provided).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Qualification :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.candidates with up to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
