We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist predominantly into Technical Hiring to join our team! You will lead the strategic scouting and acquisition of tech trainers and SMEs. You should be able to use your network, market knowledge and expertise to build a strong brand and source the best talent available in the market. Map the external market of the critical tech skills in demand for today and in the future.
Responsibilities :
- Utilizing social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success and identification of new talent. Manages applicant tracking system, maintains accurate candidate documentation.
- Work collaboratively in building a large pool of SMEs & Tech Trainers
- Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of responsibility as well.
- Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements.
- Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needs
- Be pro-active in identifying new candidates for new positions as well as for the planned future needs.
- Making initial contact with candidates, qualifying their motivations, salary expectations, work location preferences.
