What You will do :
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team set them up for success and celebrate the wins.
- Stay hands-on : own end-to-end hiring for critical roles (both tech and non-tech, including leadership positions).
- Partner with business, product, and functional leaders to understand talent needs and design hiring strategies that work.
- Build smart sourcing funnels headhunt, network, and think creatively to attract diverse talent pools.

- Use data and metrics to track performance, hiring velocity, and quality-of-hire then optimize continuously.
