Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head - International Sales in Edtech at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The position is located in Delhi. The Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing international sales operations, developing strategies for expanding international business, and overseeing the execution of export activities. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and building relationships with international partners and clients. Daily tasks will include coordinating with sales teams, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Role : - International Sales Head

  • Create and implement international sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Drive market penetration and expansion in targeted regions and markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging and established markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage international sales teams across various regions.
  • Ensure alignment of the global sales team with corporate objectives, driving high performance.
  • Comfortable to work in 9 : 30pm-6 : 30am shift
