Job description2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing. Strong network across alcohol, lifestyle, and tech industries (bonus if you’ve worked with festival or music brands). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative approach to branded content + sponsorship opportunities. Organized, self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Passion for music, nightlife, and youth culture. Experience working with creators, festivals, or lifestyle IPs. Ability to spot fresh influencer talent before they blow up. Opportunity to shape partnerships for a first-of-its-kind music IP in India . Direct access to leading artists, festivals, and global lifestyle brands. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships with brands in alcohol, lifestyle, and tech.
- Build long-term partnerships with influencers, artists, and agencies.
- Create compelling brand integration strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and live events.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and sponsorship packages.
- Track partnership performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor collaborations.
