Influencer Marketing- Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management :
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and KPIs.
• Content Strategy & Execution :
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Ensure that content adheres to the brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with the brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis :
• Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty / wellness industry.
• Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.
