Automotive Change Management Lead

Job Title : Change Manager - Automobile

Experience 8 to 15 years

Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech or related fields

Job Location : - Trivandrum, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests.
• Ticket tracking and perform formal quality checks on Change requests.
• Coordinate necessary adjustments and provide feedback to reporters and relevant stakeholders (e.G., suppliers, brands).
• Support project-specific inquiries related to change management
• Document, archive, and track process of change request's through to full implementation (including status tracking with suppliers and brands)
• Consult with brand and cross-domain representatives regarding Change request status.
• Facilitate, prepare, and document workshops with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor dashboards and provide regular status reports.
• Validate and verify proof of achievement before closure of Change request’s
