Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager – FP&A.

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for a district of the Environmental Sales & Service business. This role encompasses a blend of traditional finance responsibilities and controllership, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in financial acumen, as well as the opportunity to roll up the sleeves and dig into resolving accounting and financial problems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management & Controllership

• Lead monthly close processes in partnership with branch and district leaders, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure timely posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments while maintaining compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare, Review and validate financial statements for product lines including Safety Kleen, Technical Services, and Field Services.
• Conduct detailed reviews of P&L and balance sheet and provide insightful information for leadership for decision making.
• Develop comprehensive financial summaries / reports highlighting various performance drivers and areas of opportunities for cost optimization.
