Assistant General Manager / Head of Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Head to oversee and optimize our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This role is ideal for a rising professional with hands-on experience in managing kitchen workflows, vendor coordination, and team performance. The candidate should be passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight

• Manage day-to-day operations across central and outlet kitchens
• Ensure SOPs are followed for food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Monitor kitchen productivity, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensuring all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Check on grooming, punctuality and duty rosters.
• Staff Planning, allocations, transfers, promotions, appraisal reports.
• Attrition Control.
• Lead and mentor outlet managers, kitchen heads, and support staff
• Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, and support personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive training programs
• Coordinate staffing plans and shift schedules across locations
