Job Summary :

Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.

Understand business operations, finance, and marketing.

Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Maintain strong ethical standards and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze performance, identify trends, and assist in making data-driven decisions.

Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in startups and entrepreneurship.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
