Roles and Responsibilities :

Performance Marketing :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer retention metrics.
• Conduct A / B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing copy to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
