Job Description

The Practice Head – Automotive Semiconductor will drive strategy, technical leadership, and business growth for the Automotive Embedded Middleware vertical, overseeing solutions including Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and related technologies. This leadership role is responsible for technical oversight, people management, customer engagement, and innovation, ensuring high-quality and compliant solutions that align with both customer needs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Automotive Embedded Middleware offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of complex embedded solutions—Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and more.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and architects to deliver high-impact projects, fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Drive customer engagement by understanding requirements and delivering solutions that ensure satisfaction and value.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize resources and expertise.
• Champion innovation, leading R&D initiatives to incorporate the latest technologies and practices in the automotive domain.
• Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards for safety, security, and quality, and comply with relevant regulations.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ROI for all Automotive Embedded Middleware initiatives.
