Job descriptionProcess leave applications and ensure proper approvals. Handle leave carry-forward processes as per policy. Attendance Tracking Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Compliance & Reporting Prepare MIS reports related to leave and attendance. Support audits by providing accurate leave and attendance data. Employee Support Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in HR operations or attendance management. Strong Excel and data management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Maintain and update employee leave records in HRMS or attendance systems.
Monitor daily attendance and flag irregularities.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company leave policies.
Address employee queries related to leave and attendance.
