We're hiring a Mumbai based People - Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate with 1+ years of

experience to support the organization.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives to promote a positive work
