We're hiring a Mumbai based People - Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate with 1+ years of
experience to support the organization.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives to promote a positive work
culture.
Lead full-cycle recruitment — from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates (viaNaukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn) to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business goals and maintaina strong talent pipeline.
Manage candidate communication, post-offer engagement, and ensure a smooth hiringexperience.
Handle vendor queries, payments, and plan & execute vendor-related activities efficiently.Administer employee benefits programs and provide HR-related administrative support.Provide regular HR and recruitment updates to management.What will set this person apart :
Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in corporate orhigh-growth environments.
Strong track record in end-to-end recruitment and building robust talent pipelines.Hands-on experience with HR systems like Keka, Zoho People, and HROne, and applicanttracking platforms.
Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, attendance, engagement, and compliance.Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment with businessgoals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.The role will be in person from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
