Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking an Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural design, project execution, and regulatory compliance along with the ability to collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with various consultants (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, Interior) to ensure timely delivery of drawings and details.
• Review presentations, detailed working drawings and other documentation required for project approval and execution.
• Liaise with government bodies and local authorities to ensure that the designs comply with necessary statutory requirements of various regulatory authorities and government bodies.
• Coordinate with the site team to ensure that the execution aligns with the consultant’s design intent and also complies with all necessary statutory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide design inputs for project brochures, walkthroughs, and miniature models.
• Keep abreast of new trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and apply them to ongoing projects when relevant.
