Chief Architect / Principal Architect - AI & Digital Solutions (Leadership Role - Pre-sales)

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Architect / Principal Architect with a strong leadership focus, who brings deep expertise in AI, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture combined with a strategic mindset for pre-sales and solution consulting.

This dual-role position is perfect for a seasoned technologist who thrives at the intersection of AI / ML, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and digital transformation consulting. You will not only define the strategic vision and architecture of next-generation platforms but also lead and scale pre-sales engagements-crafting compelling solutions, engaging with customers, and converting opportunities into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architecture and design of AI-driven platforms, Agentic AI solutions, and cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Architect and oversee the development of scalable LLM-based chatbot solutions, Knowledge Management AI systems, and RAG pipelines.
  • Design secure and efficient cloud architectures with deep expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Drive innovation through hands-on prototyping, PoCs, and feasibility analysis of Generative AI models, multi-LLM integration, and LangGraph workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, DevOps, and Engineering, to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership in IT strategy for startups, advising on AI adoption, cloud transformation, and scalable product architectures.
  • Lead and manage the pre-sales team for digital transformation projects, working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to create customized solutions, present proposals, build client trust, and accelerate business growth.
  • Respond to RFPs, create reusable solution accelerators, and design end-to-end architectures for client demos and strategic pursuits.
  • Participate in client workshops, understand pain points, and translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Head the Architecture practice and provide executive leadership, establishing frameworks, best practices, and governance for enterprise-wide technology strategy.

Key Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud computing, and AI / ML-driven solutions.
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in designing and deploying secure, scalable, and cost-optimized data platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise AI solutions, chatbot development, and AI-powered process automation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and driving architectural excellence.
  • Experience working with startups or innovation labs to build and scale AI-driven products.
  • Extensive experience in product development across B2C and B2B domains; experience in the Payment Domain will be a plus.
  • Proven success in cloud migration, modernization initiatives, and building secure authentication flows using OAuth2, SAML2, and social logins.
  • Expertise in integrating complex systems using ETL pipelines, Queuing solutions, and Enterprise Integration products.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution.
