Job Title : Head Personal Loan (Digital Business)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Personal Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for P&L ownership, designing and executing business strategies, product development, risk management, partnerships, and digital growth in the personal loan segment. This role requires deep knowledge of unsecured lending, fintech innovations, customer acquisition, and credit policies.

Key Strategy & Growth

• Own end-to-end P&L for the personal loan business.
• Define business plans, growth roadmap, and product strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition through digital, affiliates, paartnerships and co-lending partnerships.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.

Product & Process Management

Risk & Credit Management

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Financial & Regulatory Oversight

Key MBA / CA / Finance / Business Management from a reputed institute.

Experience :

10 to 15 years of experience in retail lending, with at least 5 years in personal loans. Proven track record in scaling unsecured loan portfolios in NBFCs / Fintechs / Banks. Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and digital lending. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Tech-savvy mindset with exposure to digital loan origination & alternative credit models.
