Job Objective
To enable implementation of standardized delivery, product engineering practices across product development, implementation and support projects; perform product release governance reviews / delivery risk reviews and process adherence checks participate in the sales cycle (RFI / RFP responses, proposal reviews)
Experience
- 12+ years of delivery excellence experience in a software services / software product development organization (primary requirement)
- 6+ years of proven implementation(dev / test) / support experience in a software services / software product development organization preferred
- Experience in managing projects desirable
- Knowledge and Experience in SDLC process & methodologies viz., agile (SAFe preferred) / waterfall, project management, ALM and development / test tools, Devops, process improvement techniques like Lean, emerging areas like SaaS
- Experience in managing small cross functional and remote teams
- Knowledge of business / project financials
- Experience in managing change initiatives preferred.
