Job Title / Role : Cutover Manager

Key Skills : Data integration and migration

Experience : 12-16 years

Location : Bangalore

We at Coforge are seeking “Cutover Manager” with the following skill-set :

1. Team Management and Leadership

  • Staff, manage, and lead the migration and cutover management team with your BD counterpart.

2. Concept Development and Validation

  • Define and Build : Develop and validate a concept for migration and cutover management that supports an industrialized rollout in collaboration with the Business Development (BD) counterpart with involvement of design & build and deploy experts.
  • Understand Data Flow : Work across projects (e.g., Horizontal Layer) to understand data flow, use, and implications for data migration and cutover.
  • Update Documentation : Continuously update the migration and cutover management concept document throughout the transition lifecycle until all plants are transitioned to S / 4 HANA.
  • Identify impacts of proposed changes on data migration.
  • Review and analyse gaps.
  • Propose solutions.
  • Develop Best Practices : Improve the overall data migration and cutover management approach and governance. Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effective data migration execution.
