The Role
We're looking for an HR Operations Lead to own the day-to-day execution of employee engagement, grievance resolution, and vendor management.
This is a hands-on, operational role. You'll work closely with leadership and the existing HR team to ensure our people feel heard, supported, and engaged — while keeping our vendor relationships and HR operations running smoothly.
You should be someone who thrives in execution mode : responsive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing quality. You care about people, follow through on commitments, and know how to get things done efficiently.
Responsibilities
Engagement
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that reinforce our company values and business priorities — not just activities, but meaningful experiences that connect people to purpose.
- Ensure every engagement activity has a clear link to our culture and the behaviors we want to promote.
- Monitor team morale through pulse surveys, 1-on-1s, and informal check-ins; surface insights to leadership.
- Drive internal communication around culture, recognition, and company updates.
- Build rituals and touchpoints that strengthen belonging and alignment across the team.
Grievance Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution.Handle sensitive conversations with discretion, empathy, and fairness.Document issues systematically and escalate appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.Work with leadership to resolve grievances quickly and restore trust where needed.Vendor Management
Own relationships with all people-related vendors — manage contracts, renewals, and performance.Ensure timely deliverables, accurate invoicing, and SLA adherence.Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternatives.Negotiate terms, onboard new vendors, and maintain documentation across all partnerships.General Operations
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring smooth employee experiences.Maintain accurate documentation across HRIS, employee files, and compliance records.Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and policy clarifications.Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment coordination, performance cycles, and ad-hoc projects.Must Haves
5–8 years of HR or People Ops experience, preferably in IT services or product companies.Strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, and vendor management.A business-first mindset when it comes to engagement — you understand how to connect activities to values and outcomes, not just plan events.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you're approachable, clear, and empathetic.High attention to detail and follow-through — you don't drop balls.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities without constant oversight.Discretion and maturity in handling sensitive or confidential matters.Proficiency with HRIS tools, Google Workspace / MS Office, and basic project management.Experience in service-driven, delivery-focused environments.Familiarity with compliance and labor laws.Prior exposure to culture-building initiatives or change management.
