Life Science Learning Consultant, Business Process Automation and IT Support

Position : Life Science Learning Consultant, Business Process Automation and IT Support

Location : Remote, India

Type : Full-Time

Who are you?

You are curious, reliable, and eager to grow. You love challenges and enjoy solving problems and figuring out how systems work. You have at least some coding experience, ideally but not necessarily in process automation. You value clarity, honesty, and accountability, and you take pride in delivering on your commitments.

You're at an early stage in your career (or considering a change of direction) and want hands-on experience that will push you to learn quickly. You thrive in environments where you can work independently, but also appreciate guidance, and enjoy collaboration.

What's great about this role?

You will learn a lot, not only about IT and automation, but also about how a consultancy operates, and about internal business processes in general.

Flat hierarchies. As your skills grow, you will often directly collaborate with members of our leadership team to identify and solve problems.

If you perform well, you will have decent job security for the foreseeable future.

This is a truly remote role; you will never be required to work from an office.

What's challenging about this role?

You will have to learn a lot, and in a short period of time.

You will receive structured and clear guidance, but you will also be expected to think and solve problems independently from the start.

You will be expected to keep track of many diverse tasks and responsibilities in parallel, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.
