Job Title : Advisor – PCG Team Lead

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 5 years in broking, with team-handling experience

Notice Period / Gap : Up to 10 days

Key Responsibilities :

• Playing-Captain Role : Responsible for own P&L delivery while managing and mentoring a team
• Attract, onboard, and lead a team of 4–5 advisors & traders
• Execute trades and orders (derivatives, options, cash) personally
• Manage HNI / UHNI client portfolios with high service standards
• Drive client acquisition and retention for both self and team members
• Ensure team achieves cross-selling and revenue targets Key Skills & Qualifications :
• Trading / order-punching proficiency across segments
• Proven leadership—hiring, mentoring, and developing trading / advisory talent
• Strong in HNI / UHNI relationship management
• In-depth product knowledge (derivatives, options, cash, trading strategy)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and drive for results KPIs & Targets :
• Personal and team AUM and revenue goals
• New client acquisition (self + team)
• Team trading volumes
• Cross-sell percentages across team portfolios
