Job Title : Advisor – PCG Team Lead

Location : Mumbai

Experience :

Minimum 5 years in broking, with team-handling experience

Notice Period / Gap :

Up to 10 days

Key Responsibilities :

Playing-Captain Role : Responsible for own P&L delivery while managing and mentoring a team

Attract, onboard, and lead a team of 4–5 advisors & traders

Execute trades and orders (derivatives, options, cash) personally

Manage HNI / UHNI client portfolios with high service standards

Drive client acquisition and retention for both self and team members

Ensure team achieves cross-selling and revenue targets

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Trading / order-punching proficiency across segments

Proven leadership—hiring, mentoring, and developing trading / advisory talent

Strong in HNI / UHNI relationship management

In-depth product knowledge (derivatives, options, cash, trading strategy)

Excellent communication, coaching, and drive for results

KPIs & Targets :

Personal and team AUM and revenue goals

New client acquisition (self + team)

Team trading volumes

Cross-sell percentages across team portfolios
