Job description
  • DSA Recruitment and Management : Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed housing loan sales targets.
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to DSAs.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with housing loan products, policies, and procedures.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Customer Service : Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop the DSA team to achieve sales excellence.
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

    • Requirements

    • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience : 5+ years of sales experience in housing loans or financial services, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
