Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who is passionate about driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in onboarding, training, and engaging customers, with a strong focus on proactive support and success. You'll be the voice of the customer internally and play a key role in ensuring they derive maximum value from our product.
- Customer Onboarding & Training : Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including product setup, walkthroughs, training sessions, and best practice sharing.
- Customer Engagement : Drive product adoption through proactive engagement strategies, helping customers realize value and meet their business goals.
- Support Management : Handle customer queries effectively across multiple channels – email, chat, and phone – ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Relationship Building : Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy : Act as the customer voice internally, working with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to improve features and resolve issues.
- Reporting & Feedback : Track key customer metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Support role in tech-focused companies.Proven experience managing the entire customer lifecycle – onboarding, training, adoption, and engagement.Comfortable handling customer queries across email, chat, and phone support channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Perks, Benefits and Work Culture
