Site Supervisor Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily activities at the project site. The role involves close coordination with vendors and contractors, ensuring that the site work progresses as per the project timeline and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the receipt of materials, maintaining site inventory, and ensuring that all on-site tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. A results-oriented approach and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day operations and activities at the site.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution of site work.
• Ensure timely delivery and completion of assigned site projects as per schedule.
• Receive and inspect site materials, maintain inventory records, and report discrepancies if any.
• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager regarding site progress and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during site execution.
• Maintain discipline and workflow among on-site workers.
