Role Overview

We are hiring a Manager Sales – Alternatives (PMS and AIF) to lead and scale our PMS / AIF distribution via third-party channels across India. This is a channel sales role, ideal for someone with deep IFA / sub-broker connects and a strong understanding of high-ticket investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Delivery : Drive PMS & AIF sales via IFAs, sub-brokers, wealth managers, and national distributors
• Channel Development : Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential distribution partners
• Engagement : Deliver product trainings, webinars, and portfolio updates to boost mindshare and wallet share
• Market Intelligence : Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates
• Reporting : Maintain region-wise MIS, monitor KPIs, and report performance regularly
