We are seeking a dynamic individual who will drive our Learning & Development initiatives and support talent management efforts. This role will focus on designing and implementing effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.
- Program Development : Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of various departments within the organization.
- Training Delivery : Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing various instructional methods to engage learners effectively.
- Needs Analysis : Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning strategies.
- E-Learning Development : Collaborate with subject matter experts to create online training modules and resources.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Talent Identification : Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
- Mentorship Programs : Establish and oversee mentorship opportunities to foster professional growth for employees.
Educational & Work Experience :
Post Graduate in Human Resources, or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in learning and developmentFamiliarity with talent management practices and employee engagement strategies.Key Competencies / Skills :
