Job descriptionKnow your Talent Conversations Fireside Chats with Leaders Other interventions as needed Talent Learning Needs Identification and analysis Re-designing and driving Learning Journeys basis Talent Needs Creating Unified view of Talent through Talent Cards Talent Review metrics and dashboards Managing Succession pipeline across all BUs Market research and other relevant benchmarks HR / Tech Consultants / Vendors Learning Partners HR Leads and HR Business Partners (HRBP) HR COEs such as Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology Transformation BU / Functional Heads, Plant Heads Functional COEs like IT, SAP Support, Legal for project specific needs MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources 3-5 years experience in HR with min. 2 yrs experience as HR Business Partner Preferred - Working knowledge of Organizational design, Talent Management Practices, Facilitation Skills Preferred Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Ability to conduct research and translate concepts into interventions Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to drive decisions through data-based insights and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skill Facilitation of group discussions / Behavioural learning workshops preferred, including pre-work planning, moderation and post-session synthesis Ability to collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders High attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent project management skills, follow-through and delivery Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks Understanding the employee life cycle and associated events A strong sense of accountability, drive and initiative Self-motivated learner, committed to continuous improvement and execution excellence

- Other new interventions as needed
2. Design and drive interventions to optimize the Build vs Buy ratio of Talent through
4. Drive Cohort based Talent Learning Journeys through
5. Optimise governance of Talent Interventions through system integration
6. Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the Talent Health of the organization through :
7. Reporting and analytics around these talent management processes including tracking of budgets, negotiations & execution of contracts with external partners
