Job descriptionMinimum of 7 years HR experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles (education, healthcare, or large orgs preferred). Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and culture in multi-unit organizations. Strong skills in recruitment, performance management, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement + relations Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR Certification (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Role : Head – Human Resources
Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience : 7+ years (preferably in education, healthcare, or large organizations)You’ll be leading HR across all our colleges under Central India Group of Institutions (Pharmacy, Nursing, Law, Education, Physiotherapy, and more).If you’ve built HR systems from the ground up, believe in developing people, and want to be part of a group that’s modernizing education from within, this might be your space.

- MBA in HR / Master’s in related field;
