You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping us reach our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Opportunity Identification :

Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the company's services across branding, marketing, graphic design, web design, and video production.

Client Relationship Building :

Establish, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients.

Performance Management :

Drive performance to achieve monthly and quarterly growth milestones .

Tailored Solutions :

Understand client objectives and recommend bespoke solutions that align with their goals.

Client Engagement & Satisfaction :

Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and success.

Strategic Negotiation :

Demonstrated ability to negotiate strategically and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Qualifications :

Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent professional experience.

3–4 years of prior experience in client engagement, strategic growth, or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven expertise in designing and executing effective growth strategies.

Highly focused, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
