Role Overview :
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Communication Trainer to enhance employees' communication skills through targeted training programs. The role requires expertise in verbal and written communication, facilitation skills, and the ability to coach individuals and teams to meet organizational communication standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver effective communication training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Design and develop training content, modules, and practice activities tailored to business needs.
- Conduct skill assessments and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address communication gaps.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track learner progress through reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.
Qualifications and Experience :
Graduate or above.4 to 9 years of experience in communication training, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment.Proven track record in designing and delivering communication skills training.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
