We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Cyber Academy team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Training Delivery, you'll be responsible for :

• Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques
• Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services, while managing remote labs, configuring student pods, and resolving issues
• Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
• Providing support and assistance to students as needed
• Delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones
