We are hiring for Major Incident Management! !

Experience : 6-10 years

Location : Chennai / Kolkata

Required Technical Skillset :

  • Lead end-to-end management of High Severity (P1 / P0) incidents to minimize business impact and meet committed SLAs.
  • Act as the Incident Commander, coordinating efforts across technical towers — Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Database, and Security.
  • Drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, ensuring accurate documentation, preventive actions, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve incident response efficiency, reduce MTTR, and enhance process maturity.
  • Publish regular reports on major incident trends, RCA closures, and KPI performance. Participate in governance reviews and audits.
  • Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Problem Management, and Change Management teams to strengthen service stability and resilience.

TCS Eligibility Criteria :

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
