Job description

We’re Hiring : IPC Manager (Incident, Problem & Change Management)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5+ years

Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days

Are you passionate about driving ITIL best practices and ensuring seamless IT operations? Join our team as an IPC Manager and take ownership of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Lead IPC processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime

✅ Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

✅ Manage change requests to reduce risk and ensure smooth deployments

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

✅ Prepare and present IPC performance reports

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong experience in ITIL framework and IPC processes
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ITIL certification preferred
