You ll Make an Impact

• Lead the establishment of the Naroda Training Center, overseeing its physical infrastructure, procurement of equipment, and operational setup and define a long-term strategy for training and competence development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standard methodologies.
• Develop and implement a strategic training competence framework aligned with the companys objectives and industry standards. Collaborate with senior management in the region to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives that drive organizational growth and performance.
• Identify key training topics and techniques that can use the latest digitalization tools to improve and increase the training effectiveness, while working to standardize and harmonize training with other Siemens Energy training centers, so that training can be provided consistently, regardless of where the training occurs.
• Lead and manage a team of training professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and competence assessors. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-quality training solutions.
• Design training programs tailored to various job roles and skill levels within the operational landscape, based on the needs of the serviced organizations. Use industry standard processes, ground breaking technologies, and innovative methodologies to deliver effective learning experiences.
