Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver effective training programs on oncology prior authorization processes , payer requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
  • Assess skill gaps within the team and design tailored training modules to address them.
  • Prepare training materials, SOPs, case studies, and knowledge assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and audits.
  • Stay updated on oncology treatment protocols, payer policies, and prior authorization trends to ensure training relevance.
  • Collaborate with team leads, managers, and quality teams to align training objectives with business needs.
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for oncology prior authorization queries.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Prior Authorization , with a strong focus on oncology cases .
  • Proven experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops within healthcare / RCM operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of oncology drugs, regimens, payer guidelines, and authorization workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to design engaging training modules.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with healthcare / RCM software systems.
