Job descriptionMeraki ECMS Certification CCIE Network Certification Knowledge of Cisco SASE solutions Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices. Experience providing expert level Tier 3 support while mentoring less experienced technicians. Uses sound judgment when making decisions and dealing with others. Able to handle customer and interaction with them to understand their need and provide them with technical solution using expertise Able to design and implement technical solution under Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco DNA Center Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) and network technologies (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Switches, Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco WLAN). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical customers. Proficient in network monitoring and ticketing tools Provide expert-level troubleshooting support for network-related issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.
