The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient operation system to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with the goals of the business
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document the need
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
Working knowledge of Scheduling
Vendor Management
Proven knowledge and experience in Risk Management, Time Management, Communication Management, and Stakeholder Management.
Candidate must be capable of working in a cross-functional organization and good with coordinating and communicating with various internal functions and departments.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google sheets etc.
