About the Role

As Adaan Digital rapidly scales, we're looking for a

Chief of Staff

to serve as the strategic and operational right-hand to the COO. You'll bring structure to chaos, ensure execution of top priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and build alignment across the organisation. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous situations, works across multiple functions, and is driven by achieving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

Lead cross-functional initiatives, track progress on OKRs / KPIs, and flag risks

COO Office Operations

Coordinate weekly leadership meetings, prepare agenda / briefs, follow up on actions

Change Management

Drive implementation and adoption of new systems / processes

Internal Communications

Draft leadership updates, internal decks, townhall content

Organizational Rhythm

Create cadence for reporting, team reviews, retrospectives

Culture & Capability

Help embed a performance mindset, support talent development programs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a fast-paced digital environment
• Exposure to digital marketing, SaaS, or agency ecosystems is a plus
• Proven experience working with senior leadership or in a Chief of Staff / Program Manager role
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High EQ, low ego, thrives in high-ownership environments.
