Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS products, BPO, AI Agents Services leads focusing on the US, UK, India and other English-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building email campaigns , marketing automation, nurturing B2B leads, and driving engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
• Write compelling B2B email copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Segment and manage email lists effectively for US, UK, India and English-speaking audiences.
• Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based emails.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize based on insights.
• Collaborate with sales & content teams to design campaign strategy.
• Ensure deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM / GDPR compliance.
• A / B test subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs.
• Report weekly & monthly campaign performance metrics.
• Work with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
