Sr Analyst -Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Analyst to join our team.Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp campaigns, CRM email communications, and mobile app push notifications to enhance user engagement and retention.Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to optimize messaging strategies and content.Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and ensure timely delivery of communication.Manage relationships with affiliate partners, track performance, and support campaign growth initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and analytics to align CRM and affiliate strategies with business goals.Maintain and enrich customer databases, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for personalized messaging.Generate reports and dashboards on campaign performance, customer engagement, and affiliate KPIs.Apply functional knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads performance marketing to enhance CRM campaigns and overall acquisition strategies.Assist in audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization using analytics and marketing tools.Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, affiliate marketing, or related functions.Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing platforms, push notification tools, and CRM systems.Functional understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads performance marketing, including audience targeting and optimization.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Budget between 5 to 6LPALocation -Gurugram (Sec -44 )
